Folk group All Those Who Wander weaves influences from their varied backgrounds in American, Celtic, Irish, and Cornish folk music into every performance. The band’s transatlantic sound connects the American Midwest with Ireland, Scotland, and Cornwall, a Celtic community in southwest Britain. Heartfelt tradition, fresh originals, and energetic re-inventions are all part of the sounds and the stories. Audiences are always encouraged to sing, dance, and learn a bit about the music and the history we can all share.

All Those Who Wander was formed in Colorado by lead singer and guitarist Nick Booker and toured regularly there. The band was revived in 2023 at Kafe Kerouac in Columbus, OH with Ali Taliani (vocals and concertina) and Linda McDonald (flute), a longtime active member of the Columbus Folk Music Society. Jim Lindroth (bodhrán, percussion, and guitar) and Emily Riggin (vocals and tambourine) joined to round out the ensemble. Ali, Emily, and Linda are proud Ohio natives, and all five members contribute regularly to music-making in Columbus through their various roles in music administration, teaching, and community engagement. To that end, education has been an important part of the band’s ethos as they have performed at libraries, festivals, universities, and many other venues. All Those Who Wander is emerging in the Columbus music scene, with scheduled 2025 appearances at the Central Ohio Folk Festival in May, the Dublin Irish Festival in August, and the Cornish Festival and Celtic Celebration in Mineral Point, Wisconsin in September. They are currently working toward releasing their EP Rum and Shrub in summer 2025.
