Mineral Point High School Drama presents William Shakespeare’s Hamlet on Friday, April 14 at 7 pm, Saturday, April 15 at 7 pm, and Sunday, April 16 at 2 pm. “The ghost of the King of Denmark tells his son Hamlet to avenge his murder by killing the new king, Hamlet’s uncle. Hamlet feigns madness, contemplates life and death, and seeks revenge. His uncle, fearing for his life, also devises plots to kill Hamlet.”  This version of the play has been “gently” abridged to shorten the length and assist with the language. –the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust
