Mineral Point High School brings mythological action to the stage with its upcoming production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical at the Mineral Point Opera House. The rock-fueled adaptation follows Percy Jackson, a 16-year-old demigod who discovers he is the son of Poseidon and suddenly finds himself accused of stealing Zeus’s master lightning bolt. To prove his innocence, prevent an all-out war among the Greek gods, and navigate a labyrinth of monsters, Percy embarks on a high-stakes cross-country quest.
